Doug Chanselle-Hary

Co-Artistic Director

Doug began performing professionally over 30 years ago in stage, television and film, and has hundreds of performing, directing and producing credits throughout his accomplished career. He learned to enjoy all aspects of creating theatre when he produced, directed and performed in a production of LOVE LETTERS starring Andie MacDowell. Combining his love of performance and his passion for education, Doug has also created and executed thousands of hours of theatre education for students from ages 5 to 95, including workshops, residencies, and permanent teaching appointments across the United States, and in 2005 he and his wife opened and launched a Film & Television Acting School in London, England. Through all of this experience, Doug has come to recognize that the driving force behind his passion for the arts comes from creating community and connection through the process of discovery.
